Design:

UNISOL Din Rail fiber patch panels are designed to meet industrial applications for fiber connectivity.Din Rail patch panel contains three parts, the detachable front panel that includes multiple types of fiber adapters which gives access to connect with Optoelectronic device and the other compartment that holds fiber optic splice trays for fusion splicing which accommodates splice protection sleeves and space for excess fiber and pigtail routing. The most critical part is Din Rail base which mounts/fixes the patch panel on to the 35mm Din Rail frame.

Construction:

Our fiber patch panels are fabricated with advanced manufacturing process using Robust steel/aluminum construction with seven tank process pretreatment and electrostatic spray technique powder coating, which ensures the highest level of protection for sensitive components inside the enclosure and increases corrosion resistance for harsh environmental conditions. Multi-port cable entries allow greater flexibility for interconnecting practically two units of outside plant distribution cables. The rugged PVC/metal Din Rail base ensures proper mounting into Din Rail frame. It has a load capacity of 5kg to15kg.
